Lydia Menzies’ Supper Club and Parker Kennedy’s Camp Holiday are coming together for 1 massive event. This event will bring together the elements that you loved during the August Hoffman Media retreats and the hands one workshops from Camp Holiday.
Join us for an immersive crafting retreat nestled in North Georgia's scenic mountain landscape at Tiger Mountain Winery. This adult camping experience brings together creative enthusiasts for hands-on instruction in areas of traditional needlepoint techniques to festive holiday craft projects, including the art of crafting decorative Christmas Mugs / Beaded Tree Class. Perfect for artisans seeking inspiration, skill-building, and community among fellow makers in a winery setting.

The City of Commerce host their annual fireworks display over Parker Kennedy’s Home. You are welcome to stay an extra day and book a local hotel to attend the spectacular fireworks event. Lance and David will be pulling the grill out and hosting family style picnic for friends and family and you are welcome to attend.

Cottages: For those campers that would like to stay at the winery we offer a private room in one of the cottages. Each cottage has 5 bedrooms with king beds.
Double occupancy is available for those upon request. For those individuals who do not mind sharing a bed.
Hotel: Attendees who prefer their own space, and opt to stay in area hotels. We will run a shuttle to and from Clayton area hotels. (Within a 5 miles radius of the Winery)
RV: Glamping at its best! For those that prefer to Camp, the Winery has spaces for you to rent your own luxury RV. We will work with the RVShare on the RV deliveries. Just let us know which RV you have selected and who you want to stay with you.
FEES
Fees include, all meals, plus crafting supplies.
Event Attendee – Own Accomodations: $2,685.00
Cottages - Single Occupancy Room (1 - King Bed): $3,865.00
Cottages- Double Occupancy Room (1-King Bed) : $3,485.00
$400 deposit to hold the space - $75 fee if you would like to pay in installments.
TRAVEL
For those traveling from out of state you may fly into Atlanta, GA Airport or Greenville, SC airport.
DRESS CODE
Please wear comfortable clothing, Camp Holiday is in the North Georgia Mountain, the temperature will be pleasantly warm during the day and cool at night. Limited humidity.
PAYMENT PLAN
To reserve your space at Camp Holiday, a $400 deposit is required. You have the option to make payments at equal payments with a $75.00 fee or pay in full. Payments are paid the 1st of each month. And final payment must be made before May 1, 2026.

REFUND POLICY:
At Camp Holiday we understand that unexpected things happen. Due to the nature of the camp and expenses involved we offer the following.
Cancelation before March 1, 2026. 100% refunded minus $150 non-refundable deposit.
Cancelation before April 1, 2025. 50% refunded.
Cancellation before May 1, 2025. 25% refunded.
